The $500 Travel Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Dane County Regional Airport (MSN), 4000 International Lane, Madison, WI 53704 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is administered by AFFIRM Agency, N28W23050 Roundy Drive, Suite 100, Pewaukee, WI 53072 (“Administrator”). 

 

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. 

 

How to Enter

To enter, visit FlyMSNAirport.com and complete the entry form, including all required fields, between 11/01/2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and 12/31/25 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”). Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries may result in disqualification. 

 

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Visa® Gift Card (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

 

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or about January 9th by the Administrator. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 business days. Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

 

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor and Administrator permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

 

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. 

 

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. 

 

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at [airport website URL].
